Fantasy Friend is a product of Bonded Labs LLC.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Fantasy Friend. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this requirement.

2. Description of Service

Fantasy Friend provides AI-powered chat companions for entertainment purposes. Characters are fictional and powered by artificial intelligence. Conversations are not with real people.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Fantasy Friend to:

Generate content involving minors in any sexual or inappropriate context
Harass, threaten, or harm real individuals
Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the service

5. Content

Fantasy Friend contains adult content intended for users 18 and older. AI-generated responses are not reviewed by humans and may be unpredictable. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.

6. Not Professional Advice

Fantasy Friend is for entertainment purposes only. Characters are AI-generated and do not provide medical, legal, financial, or any other professional advice. Do not rely on anything a character says as a substitute for qualified professional guidance. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact your doctor or call 911.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed by Stripe — we do not store credit card details.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access to your plan's features until then. No partial refunds are issued for unused time remaining in a billing period.

Refunds are generally not provided. We may issue refunds at our sole discretion in cases of verified billing errors, such as duplicate charges or charges made after a successful cancellation. To request a refund, contact us at support@bondedlabs.org within 14 days of the charge in question.

8. Privacy

Your use of Fantasy Friend is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason at our discretion.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Fantasy Friend is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bonded Labs LLC and Fantasy Friend shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
