You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use FantasyFriend to:

Generate content involving minors in any sexual or inappropriate context
Harass, threaten, or harm real individuals
Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the service

5. Content

FantasyFriend contains adult content intended for users 18 and older. AI-generated responses are not reviewed by humans and may be unpredictable. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Privacy

Your use of FantasyFriend is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason at our discretion.
